Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy for MuMu Mart


Effective Date: October 1, 2025


At MuMu Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  

1. Returns


We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).


In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.


If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.


Non-returnable items include:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized      products

  

2. How to Initiate a Return


To start a return, please contact us at:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.


We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

  

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • In order to return an order, please contact us via email at support@mumumart.ca first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
  • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. Please note that we will not refund the return shipping costs.
  • You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

  

4. Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].


Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Depending on your shipping address, there will be a return shipping charge that varies between $10CAD - $20CAD. This is due to that we have covered partially of the shipping charge on our end.

  

5. Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, color, or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

  

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Then contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at: support@mumumart.ca
