Returns/exchanges
We regrettably do not offer unconditional returns. For products that are defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will work on reshipping your item/s. Different issues may occur during the shipping process. We make sure that all the items shipped are inspected so if you received a damaged item, please be sure to send us photo/s of the damaged/defective item including the packaging of the box and its shipping label within 48 hours upon receipt of the item and we will make sure to get this resolved for you the soonest time. We are unable to accept any claim after 7 days from the date of the delivery. The same applies to any issue or missing items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once weve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
