We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
For small parcels, we offer free delivery on orders over $150 CAD or a $20 CAD flat rate on each delivery.
For oversize items/furniture, we offer free delivery in the Markham area. For other locations within the GTA, we charge a flat rate of $50 CAD per delivery*.
Detailed shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Processing time: orders take 1-3 days to process after placing, before shipping.
Actual shipping time: 1- 2 business days for Ontario customers, 3- 8 business days for other provinces within Canada.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped, you should receive an automatic email notification from our system with a tracking number.
Unexpected delays?
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors, such as international customs processing and holidays, may cause shipping delays that we cannot control.
